Appleton™ A2 Industrial Cable Gland are brass indoor and outdoor cable glands for use with all types of unarmored and exterior braid armor with protective sheath cable providing mechanical cable retention and an environmental seal on the cable outer sheath.
Features
  • Designed and tested to BS 6121: Part 1: 1989, meets and surpasses the requirements of EN 50262:1999.

  • Brass grade CuZn39Pb3 (CW614N) to EN12168.

  • Continuous operating temperature: -60 °C to +130 °C (-76 °F to +266 °F).

  • For use with unarmored type cable.

  • Sealing technique: displacement seal concept.

  • Sealing area(s): outer sheath.
