Brand: AppletonAppleton™ Form 85™ Unilets™ Conduit Outlet Bodies, Covers and Gaskets are used to connect and change direction of conduit runs. In addition to making bends in a conduit system, they allow connections for branch runs. These conduit bodies serve as pulling fittings and permit access to conductors for splicing and maintenance.
Features- Smooth, rounded integral bushings in hubs protect conductor insulation
- Accurately tapped, tapered threads for tight, rigid joints and excellent ground continuity
- Sizes with flat back design provide greater cubic content for easier wire pulling, and more room for splicing. Fits flush and snug against flat surfaces for more stable installation
- Roomy interiors provide more wiring space
- 1/2" to 3" blank covers are domed for extra wiring space
- Raintight when a cover and gasket are installed
- Form 85 copperfree aluminum Unilets™ are lightweight, self-oxidizing, self-renewing and offer a high corrosion resistance
- Lightweight aluminum facilitates shipping, handling and installing
